REGISTRATION FEE
Only 16 places are available for the full course, including attendance to the hands-on section, at a fee of €2.440,00 VAT 22% included.

As we strongly believe in the importance of multidisciplinarity, in case of a surgical team (otorhinolaryngologist and neurosurgeon), a reduced registration fee will be applied to both members, equal to €2.196,00 VAT 22% included.
The fee includes: entrance to the course, course material, certificate of attendance, coffee and tea breaks, lunches and social dinner.

Only 8 places for observers are available at the reduced fee of €976,00 VAT 22% included.

The fee includes entrance to the course with observation of the hands-on phase in the anatomy laboratory, attendance of the live surgery section, certificate of attendance, coffee and tea breaks, lunches and social dinner.
The registration must be sent to the Organizing Secretariat within June 8th via fax or e-mail, along with the payment.


REFUND POLICY
Cancellations received within the registration deadline (May 24th ): 70% refund.
Cancellations received beyond the registration deadline: no refund.

The name of theparticipants can be changed within seven days prior to the course.


CANCELLATION POLICY
In the unusual circumstance that the course is cancelled, two weeks notice will be given and the fee will be refunded in full.
The Organizers are not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other costs incurred.


INSURANCE
Organizers do not accept responsability for individual medical, travel or personal expenses.
Participants are strongly advised to take out their own personal insurance policies.
